Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

We're working on expanding our shipping coverage to more countries. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we start shipping to your region.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days - $10 flat rate
  • FREE shipping on all orders over $80 πŸŽ‰

Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days - $10 flat rate
  • FREE shipping on all orders over $80 πŸŽ‰

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs clearance and local carrier processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For US Customers:

Most orders under $800 are duty-free. However, state and local taxes may apply depending on your location. Any applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.

For Canadian Customers:

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to:

  • GST/HST (Goods and Services Tax / Harmonized Sales Tax)
  • PST (Provincial Sales Tax) in applicable provinces
  • Customs duties on orders over CAD $150
  • Brokerage fees charged by the carrier

Important: These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are NOT included in our product or shipping prices. They are determined by Canadian customs and payable upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships from Turkey, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package in real-time through our international shipping partner's website. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment.

Battery Compliance

All our drones contain lithium batteries and are shipped in compliance with:

  • βœ“ UN38.3 Battery Safety Testing
  • βœ“ IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations
  • βœ“ US DOT and Transport Canada regulations

πŸ“¦ Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your drone, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • βœ“ Be in original, unused condition (never flown)
  • βœ“ Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • βœ“ Have no signs of wear, damage, or modification
  • βœ“ Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

  • βœ— Drones that have been flown or show signs of use
  • βœ— Damaged or modified products
  • βœ— Items without original packaging
  • βœ— Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at returns@skysyncfpv.store within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive your Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to our return center in Turkey

Return Shipping Costs

Customer-initiated returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (typically $15-25 to Turkey)
Defective or wrong items: We cover all return shipping costs via prepaid label

Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method in USD. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Note: Original shipping costs and any customs fees paid are non-refundable for customer-initiated returns.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different model or color, please contact us at support@skysyncfpv.store. We'll arrange the exchange and cover return shipping costs for defective items.

πŸ›‘οΈ Warranty & Defective Items

1-Year Manufacturer Warranty

All drones come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does NOT cover:

  • βœ— Crash damage or pilot error
  • βœ— Water damage or exposure to moisture
  • βœ— Improper use or modifications
  • βœ— Normal wear and tear (propellers, batteries)
  • βœ— Lost or stolen drones

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos/videos of the damage or defect
  • We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping is FREE for defective items (prepaid label provided)

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:

  • Using a secure delivery address (not a porch)
  • Requiring signature confirmation at checkout
  • Checking with neighbors or building management
  • Filing a claim with the shipping carrier if package shows delivered but not received
